Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer arising from the purchase of goods through the online store Mideco Studio available at www.midecostudio.com.

The buyer is any visitor of the website who places an order via the e-shop, by phone, or by email.
2. Subject of Sale
The seller offers vintage furniture, decorative items, antiques, and other used goods with historical or collectible value.
Each product is unique and may show signs of wear corresponding to its age and previous use. Such characteristics do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders and Contract Conclusion
An order is created by submitting it through the e-shop, by phone, or by email, and subsequently confirmed by the seller.
The buyer is obliged to provide truthful and accurate information when placing an order.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order as binding.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in EUR.
The seller is not a VAT payer.
Prices are final and valid at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery of Goods
Goods are delivered via courier service, postal service, or personal collection (by agreement).
Delivery time: usually within 7 working days from receipt of payment. The seller strives to dispatch goods as soon as possible after payment is received.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. The cost of delivery depends on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Goods are never dispatched without first informing the buyer of the shipping cost.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery and address any visible damage immediately with the carrier.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition to the seller's address.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
The purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days after the returned goods have been received.
7. Complaints and Claims
Complaints are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
The warranty period for used goods may be reasonably reduced.
Any obvious defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the nature of the defect, the buyer is entitled to a replacement, a discount, repair, or withdrawal from the contract.
8. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document: Personal Data Protection Policy.
9. Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Legal relationships not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Civil Code.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 23 June 2025.
